Job summary

Yusen Logistics in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator to support inbound and outbound operations at the SDC site. The role runs 2pm–10pm and will progress to a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, with a salary of £28,537.32 per year plus a £832 shift allowance.

You will handle bookings, documentation, reports, and stock control, working with shift leaders to ensure timely, accurate processing and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable general administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience in logistics is desirable for this role.
• Knowledge/operational experience of warehouse management systems and Excel is advantageous.
• Inventory/stock control experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer bookings and contract administration accurately and timely.
• Liaise with shift leadership; assist with queries and provide support to the shift team.
• Assist in inbound/outbound documentation including load manifests.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management and customers as required.
• Maintain good customer relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
• Administer and maintain workbooks to control warehouse operations and stock data.
• Manage spreadsheets to support outbound operations and upstream data flow.
• Control documentation with the ops team including manifests, labels and invoices.
• Process customer returns efficiently and maintain stock records.
