A key leader in our chill warehouse, you’ll create a productive, supportive and safe environment where teams thrive, and customers get the very best service. You’ll deliver for your colleagues by communicating clearly, managing change and making sure health and safety obligations are met. You’ll achieve excellence for customers too – driving performance, hitting targets and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of every shift you lead.

What you bring to the mix

A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed :

• a background in leading, motivating and coaching a team
• the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input
• a customer‑centric approach
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• knowledge of SAP
• the ability to create an open and supportive culture within a team.
