Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Skelmersdale is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports a busy warehouse by handling data in WMS, generating operational reports, coordinating inbound orders and documentation, and resolving system issues with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-oriented to support fast-moving warehouse operations.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration with accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing deadlines and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records across Warehouse Management Systems with updated, validated data.
• Generate reports and performance information to support daily operations.
• Process inbound orders, coordinate bookings and prepare documentation for picking/dispatch.
• Investigate system queries and discrepancies with colleagues to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide administrative support across the warehouse function and meet deadlines.
