Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Administrator in Scunthorpe. The role supports warehouse operations with essential admin duties, data entry in WMS and Excel, and coordination of external hauliers. Training will be provided and previous warehouse exposure is helpful.

The position is permanent, part-time (28 hours/week) with a 28-hour pattern and varied shifts, offering pension and employee benefits. This is a frontline, data-driven role within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT user; experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
• Book in external hauliers and ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date.
• Verify and maintain data on spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the wider warehouse and transport teams as required.
