Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operational Administrator in Scunthorpe for a permanent part-time role. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations with accurate records, data entry in WMS and Excel, and coordination with transport teams.

You will book external hauliers, verify shipment details, and maintain data quality with strong attention to detail. Full training will be provided to help you thrive in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Confident IT user with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Warehouse experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
• Book in external hauliers and ensure shipment information is accurate and up to date.
• Verify and maintain data on spreadsheets, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the wider warehouse and transport teams as required.
