Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Scunthorpe is seeking an Operational Administrator to support warehouse operations with essential admin duties and accurate record-keeping.

You will use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Excel to maintain data, book hauliers, and assist the wider transport teams. Part-time role, 28 hours per week, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident IT user, with experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Previous experience within a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
• Book in external hauliers and ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date.
• Verify and maintain data on spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the wider warehouse and transport teams as required.
