Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Skelmersdale is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth flow of goods, information and processes across the warehouse. You will handle records, reports and bookings in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills and effective communication with multiple teams. 4 on, 4 off shifts are offered, with a night shift premium and full-time permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records across Warehouse Management Systems.
• Generate reports and performance information for daily operations.
• Process inbound orders, coordinate bookings and prepare warehouse documentation.
• Investigate system queries and discrepancies, resolve issues quickly.
• Provide administrative support across the warehouse function and ensure deadlines are met.
