Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily materials management in a GMP-compliant facility in Cramlington. This role focuses on accurate documentation, stock control, and coordination of warehouse activities. Candidates should have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. The position is temporary for 6 months and offers a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily materials management within our GMP-compliant facility. The role ensures accurate documentation, stock control, and coordination of warehouse activities to maintain smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In depth experience with Microsoft excel and word
  • Experience in organisation of filling systems and archiving
  • Good communication skills for contact with external customers
  • Basic experience in computerised systems
  • Control the booking in system for vehicles delivering/collecting from site
  • Working with the logistics management team on the day to day operation of the warehouse administration
  • Logging and approval of haulier invoices
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within warehousing or a regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of GMP or similar quality standards (desirable).
  • Clear communicator with a proactive and team-focused approach.
