Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact at the ward reception desk, welcoming patients and visitors.
• Answer patient and visitor queries on the ward and answer the telephone
• Take a lead role in maintaining accurate patient notes and filing
• Input data on the Trust's electronic patient administration system, PAS Oceano
• Keep data quality high, with a strong emphasis on customer care
• Provide full admin and clerical support to the ward multidisciplinary team
