A healthcare provider in south London is seeking a ward receptionist to support the smooth running of hospital administration systems. This role involves customer service duties such as meeting and greeting visitors and answering telephones, along with aiding in filing tasks. No prior experience is necessary; the ideal candidate should possess commitment, patience, enthusiasm, and reliability to succeed in this organized role.
Your role is likely to include tasks such as customer service duties including meeting and greeting visitors/patients, answering telephones and passing on messages and supporting with simple filing tasks.

Please kindly note, you will be given a 20‑minute assessment on the week commencing either the 26th January 2026 or 2nd February 2026 at Kingston Hospital.
The Mandatory training for this role will be on Tuesday 10th March 2026.
