Job summary

RICS is seeking a Regional Member Engagement Manager to lead and grow an engaged professional community across the region. You will work with the Regional Board and stakeholders to deliver the Regional Market Plan, ensuring members feel supported, valued and connected to RICS.

The role focuses on developing engagement strategies, delivering events and early careers initiatives, and enhancing communications and sentiment across the region. A flexible, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell compelling stories.
• Experience planning and delivering events, programmes, and networking opportunities.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Board, including recruitment, onboarding, governance, and delivery of regional priorities.
• Develop and implement member engagement strategies to drive participation and growth.
• Create and deliver networking events, professional development, and early careers initiatives.
• Build relationships with members, volunteers and key stakeholders; manage regional communications and digital storytelling.
• Use data, insights and member feedback to continuously improve engagement activities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align regional activity with wider organisational goals.
