The Role

The Regional Engagement Manager is a field-based position responsible for driving professional engagement across the North West and Midlands. Key duties include managing regional partnerships, supporting accredited training schemes, coordinating volunteer activities, and delivering high-quality reporting against KPIs. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and flexibility to travel and work across varied time zones. Field-based role covering the North West and Midlands.

• Builds strategic relationships with universities, employers, and stakeholders.
• Drives member recruitment, retention, and engagement.
• Supports professional development through accredited schemes and events.

• Acts as a regional ambassador for the organisation.
• Delivers high-quality reporting against KPIs and budget responsibilities.
