Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Male Support Workers to join our teams across Supported Living services, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible. The role is based in our care settings and in the community, with training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes and care plans.
• Help keep service users safe and report safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, personal care and practical tasks around the home.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record any issues related to care and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safeguard the Welfare of others.
