JOB ROLE: Wake Night Support Worker

LOCATION: Bristol (BS15)

SALARY: £14.05 - £14.75* per hour

HOURS: 24 hours per week (21:00-08:30)

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team Bournemouth at Willow Lodge.

Accomplish are looking for motivated, self-starters to join our teams at Willow Lodge supporting those with acquired brain injuries and other support and health needs in their day to day lives in Bournemouth.

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the individualsduring the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidentsthat may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assistingwith light domestic tasksasrequired, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' conditionand ensuringaccuratedocumentation is kept.
• Working independentlythroughout the night,maintainingvigilance and attention to detail.

This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.
