Keys Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for Willow Lodge in Bournemouth. The role involves night-time care for adults with complex needs, monitoring residents, responding to incidents, and maintaining a peaceful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain safeguarding standards.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals during the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Assist with night-time care routines as needed.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents during the night.
• Maintain a calm, secure environment for residents.
• Assist with light domestic tasks in communal areas.
• Record incidents and changes in condition with accurate documentation.
• Work independently through the night with vigilance.

JOB ROLE:Wake Night Support Worker

LOCATION: Bristol (BS15)

HOURS: 24 hours per week (21:00-08:30)

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team Bournemouth at Willow Lodge.

Accomplish are looking for motivated, self-starters to join our teams at Willow Lodge supporting those with acquired brain injuries and other support and health needs in their day to day lives in Bournemouth.

As a Wake Night Support Worker , your responsibilitieswill include:

• Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed , including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment , helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assistingwith light domestic tasks asrequired, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuringaccuratedocumentation is kept.
• Working independently throughout the night,maintainingvigilance and attention to detail.

This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.
