Keys Group in St Austell, Cornwall is hiring a Wake Night Support Worker to provide overnight care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and brain injuries. The role is full‑time (up to 37.5 hours) and paid per hour, with 24/7 support in a rural, multi‑property setting.
Your duties include monitoring residents, assisting with night routines, handling emergencies, and keeping clear records. A calm, reliable, independent approach is essential.

£13.45 - £14.15* per hour
Full UK Driving License & Access to a Vehicle essential due to location of role.
A beautiful complex of 3 properties comprising of a converted 4‑bedroom barn where 4 ladies live and 2 single occupancy annexes. There is a communal courtyard which is perfect for social gatherings and warm evening BBQ’s which are a firm favourite with the people we support there. The property is within walking distance of local amenities but situated in a rural location. 24/7 support with a variety of shifts available. Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in St Austell, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries.
