Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker for Bournemouth (BH8). The role involves night-time support for residents, promoting independence and assisting with daily living tasks. A full UK driving license is essential due to location and transport routes.

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.

• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

ROLE: Female Waking Night Support Worker

LOCATION: Bournemouth (BH8)

SALARY: £13.45 - £14.05* per hour

HOURS: 20 hours a week // 2X night shifts per week

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving License - essential due to location and poor public transport routes.

Please note we require a Female member of staff over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
