Job summary

Keys Care is urgently seeking a Full Time Support Worker for Willow Lodge in Bournemouth. You will provide day-to-day support, encourage independence and help develop personal skills through activities and meaningful routines.

No prior care experience is required as full training and development are provided, with a strong focus on health needs, medication administration and community integration. The role includes paid induction and progression opportunities.

  • Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

Job description

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Support Worker to join our team Bournemouth at Willow Lodge.

Accomplish are looking for motivated, self-starters to join our teams at Willow Lodge supporting those with acquired brain injuries and other support and health needs in their day to day lives in Bournemouth.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
  • Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, includingaccompanyingthe people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
  • Assistingwith personal care asrequired.
  • Assistingwith domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
  • Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
