Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Willow Lodge in Bournemouth. The role involves day-to-day support for adults with health needs, promoting independence and personal development, and assisting with daily tasks and care needs in a 36-hour-per-week position.

Training is provided; DBS is paid for staff and there are clear pathways for qualifications and career development within the group. We offer a comprehensive induction and competitive pay with a worker-friendly benefits

Qualifications

• Experience within the care sector is not required as full training is provided.
• Motivated, self-starters encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and routine for the people in the service.
• Promote independence and help residents lead fulfilling lives.
• Support personal skills through hobbies and activities.
• Assist with health care needs and accompany to appointments or administer medication.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks including cooking and cleaning.

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Support Worker to join our team Bournemouth at Willow Lodge.

Accomplish are looking for motivated, self-starters to join our teams at Willow Lodge supporting those with acquired brain injuries and other support and health needs in their day to day lives in Bournemouth.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, includingaccompanyingthe people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assistingwith personal care asrequired.
• Assistingwith domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
