Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to provide overnight care and supervision in our supported housing environment. You will monitor residents, assist with night-time routines, respond to incidents, and maintain a calm, secure setting to promote wellbeing.
The role emphasizes independent night shifts, documentation of changes, and support toward residents’ personal development. DBS coverage and induction are part of the package. Benefits include pension and referral schemes.

At The Lighthouse we support nine people with Mental Health needs or whom may have a dual diagnosis. We work with people with varied abilities to reach their full potential.
