Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to provide overnight care and supervision in our supported housing environment. You will monitor residents, assist with night-time routines, respond to incidents, and maintain a calm, secure setting to promote wellbeing.

The role emphasizes independent night shifts, documentation of changes, and support toward residents’ personal development. DBS coverage and induction are part of the package. Benefits include pension and referral schemes.

• Assist with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.

• Work independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.

Job description

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
