Job summary

Keys Group’s Residential Family Assessment Centre seeks caring staff to support families during waking night shifts, delivering practical help to achieve outcomes and acting as a positive role model.

You will be part of a qualified team overseen by the Centre Manager, carrying out initial assessments and producing action plans to aid recovery and lasting change. This role offers meaningful development and opportunities for progression within a supportive organisation.

  • Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
  • A real interest in helping and supporting families and children.
