Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker for The Grove in England. The role involves night shifts from 21:00 to 08:30, 35 hours per week, supporting up to 12 residents with complex needs including brain injuries.
You will assist with daily routines, healthcare needs, personal care, budgeting and life skills, while promoting independence and wellbeing. The role includes extensive benefits and paid DBS, with ongoing career development opportunities.

The Grove can support up to 12 people, providing support specifically to accommodate the complex needs of people who have an Acquired Brain Injury.
We aim to enable the people we support to enjoy living a fulfilled life, based around their personal needs and wishes. We aim to empower the people we support by providing opportunities and helping them achieve maximised independence in all aspects of their life. By listening to the people we support, we believe we can find the way forward and make them happy.
