Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to monitor and support individuals through the night, ensuring safety and comfort. The role includes documenting changes, responding to incidents, and maintaining a calm environment in a residential care setting.

• Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
• Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.

Job description

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
