Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to monitor and care for individuals overnight, ensuring safety and well-being. You will assist with night-time routines, respond to incidents, and maintain a calm, secure environment across our residential settings.

The role involves light domestic tasks, meticulous record-keeping, and working independently through the night with vigilance. We value reliability, empathy, and a commitment to high-quality care for adults with diverse needs.

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.
