Duties
  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and make drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions, following proper procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, side stations, and dining spaces.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow.
  • Follow food safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages.
  • Assist in setting up the dining area before service and clearing after closing hours.
Skills
  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation practices.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently.
  • Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential.
