Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Waiting List Co-Ordinator to support the Care Group B team, managing day case and inpatient waiting lists with a focus on Oral Health and Head and Neck. The role involves scheduling patients, coordinating with consultants, secretaries and nursing staff, and ensuring lists are prepared in advance using PAS and Intellect.

Qualifications

• Manage waiting lists for day case and inpatient procedures.
• Communicate changes to patients with priority updates.
• Select patients from waiting lists according to criteria.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Secretaries and Technicians.
• Proficient in PAS and Intellect; plan lists 6 weeks in advance.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate day case and inpatient waiting lists.
• Choose patients for diagnostic lists as requested.
• Ensure equipment availability and list order reflects priorities.
