Job summary

Novotel London Bridge is seeking a dedicated restaurant/bar teammate to deliver warm, personalised service and create memorable guest experiences in our busy hotel near the South Bank. You will engage guests, take orders, and promote the F&B offerings with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires mornings or evenings shifts and weekends, with opportunities for development, staff meals on duty, and access to hotel employee benefits.
