Job summary

Novotel London Paddington is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to deliver consistent, memorable service to guests and work with the team to ensure guests leave eager to return.

The role requires a sparkling, upbeat personality, the ability to build rapport in a fast-paced environment, and availability for morning and evening shifts. English fluency is essential, with opportunities to grow within the Accor network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.

Our hotel offers 206 rooms, and a leisure centre, which includes gym, swimming pool, sauna and steaming room.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
