Zusammenfassung

Novotel London Greenwich is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring service excellence, quality and hygiene. You will manage staffing, budgets, and supplier relationships to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with kitchen teams to maintain high standards, mentor the F&B team, and implement improvements across all outlets in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations, stock control, and cost management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good IT and administrative skills.

• Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs.
• Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory control.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies.
• Manage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Analyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where required.
• Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areas.
• Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations.
