Job summary

Ragdale Hall Spa in the Leicestershire countryside is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team. You will welcome guests and serve meals in a fast-paced, high-standards environment, contributing to memorable guest experiences across lunch and dinner service.

No prior hospitality experience is required as full training is provided; you’ll work with a large team, enjoy staff benefits, meals, parking and possible accommodation when available.

Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant dining team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is a multi-award-winning destination where wellbeing and hospitality go hand in hand - and our food service team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

From welcoming guests into our elegant dining rooms to serving over 200 lunches and 180 evening meals each day, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. We have various hours available across Monday - Sunday:

Main Duties (Full Training Provided)

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and care.
• Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented at all times.
• Working closely with a team of 70+ dedicated colleagues to deliver seamless, five-star service.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during busy service periods.

Requirements & Skills

• A friendly, approachable nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn – no previous experience needed!
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach to work and colleagues.
• Age 16-17 £8.70 per hour
• Age 18-20 £10.85 per hour
• Age 21+ £12.75 per hour
