Qualifications

• Experience in spa or wellness management within hospitality or leisure.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Relevant spa/beauty qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3) preferred.
• Able to manage budgets, costs and stock.

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including facilities, treatments and team performance.
• Deliver a safe, clean and relaxing environment aligned with Warner Hotels' brand.

• Work closely with hotel leadership to support team development and guest experience.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver seasonal campaigns, wellness initiatives and premium spa experiences.

Join our team at Studley Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 209-bedroom hotel with 180 years of history offers modern facilities including a spa, cabaret dining restaurant, and beautiful grounds in rural Warwickshire.

Spa Manager

Salary: £30,000 up to 32,000 per year, plus a range of great benefits and development opportunities

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional leisure and wellness experiences, overseeing the day-to-day operation of our spa and leisure facilities.

Working closely with the hotel leadership team and wider departments, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly—from team performance and guest experience to standards and commercial success. You’ll help create a relaxing, high-quality environment for our guests while driving engagement, revenue, and team development.
