Ragdale Hall Spa in the Leicestershire countryside is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team. You will welcome guests and serve meals in a fast-paced, high-standards environment, contributing to memorable guest experiences across lunch and dinner service.

No prior hospitality experience is required as full training is provided; you’ll work with a large team, enjoy staff benefits, meals, parking and possible accommodation when available.

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent communication and strong team ethic are essential.
• Must be flexible to work across Monday–Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and care.
• Keep dining areas clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Work with 70+ colleagues to deliver five-star service.
