Job summary

Netskope is seeking an accomplished, strategic VP, Solutions Engineering for North America. This role leads a high‑performing, multi‑country SE organization and partners with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape go‑to‑market strategy and drive revenue.

He/she will build scalable processes, leverage data/AI to boost productivity, and establish operating discipline. The ideal candidate combines organizational leadership, commercial acumen, technical credibility, and executive presence to

Qualifications

Proven executive leadership building and scaling large SE teams.
Experience leading across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
Strong track record recruiting developing SE leaders and building succession.
Experience designing and improving pre‑sales methodology and operating models.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud tech domains.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high‑performing Solutions Engineering organization across countries.
Define and evolve pre‑sales strategy, POV/POC, and technical qualification standards.
Partner with regional and WW Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing to drive revenue.
Develop and implement scalable processes, AI‑enabled workflows, and metrics.
Engage with CIOs/CMOs at strategic customers to translate tech into business value.
