Icertis Inc. seeks a Vice President of Solution Advisory to lead and scale the EMEA organization, blending strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in key customer opportunities.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer success while shaping a world-class presales function and showcasing the value of AI-powered contract intelligence.

• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Experience in presales, solution advisory, or technical consulting in enterprise software.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer success in a high-growth environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and scale the EMEA Solution Advisory organization across the region.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and customer success.
• Shape a world-class presales function and drive solution adoption of AI-powered contract intelligence.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing advisory team across EMEA.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to articulate business value and influence strategic sales cycles.
• Lead solution design, POC initiatives, and impactful demonstrations that show business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, partners, and system integrators to influence product strategy.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize presales processes and win rates.
