Job summary

Flotek Group is seeking a Comms Specialist Engineer to provide high-quality remote support across VoIP, connectivity and data networking from Bridgend or St Asaph. You must be able to commute to one of the offices and have the right to work in the UK.

You will own incidents end-to-end, work toward First Contact Resolution, and coordinate with carriers for timely resolution. The role is full-time and office-based, with weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a VoIP or communications support role.
• Good understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT and VoIP fundamentals.
• Basic routing, switching, VLANs and firewall concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Incident management: log, categorize and prioritise faults per ITIL.
• Manage SLAs with timely responses and clear updates.
