Job summary

Wates Group is seeking an experienced Voids Manager to join the WPS team in Winchester. You will own day-to-day operations, delivering a 24/7, 365-day service and turning around homes efficiently to the highest standards.

You will lead up to 30 operatives, drive KPIs, and engage stakeholders at client and resident meetings while maintaining safety and quality across voids and responsive maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a similar social housing environment.
• Experience delivering 24/7, 365-day service operations is preferred.
• Strong KPI, performance management and financial oversight abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee work scheduling in line with procedures, standards and SLAs.
• Ensure high-quality responsive repairs and voids service delivery.
• Lead a team of up to 30 operatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings.
• Monitor quality through inspections, KPIs and customer feedback.
• Control material costs and enforce compliant processes.
• Carry out audits and service testing; support business planning.
