Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to lead a multi-trades team and deliver a high-quality voids service across our social housing sites. You will oversee inspections, safety checks and performance against targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and value for money.

Based across South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton, the role requires strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills to coordinate labour, manage

Qualifications

• Experience supervising voids, repairs or construction-related teams.
• Strong knowledge of voids and property maintenance.
• Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
• Excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.
• Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.
