Job summary

Wates is seeking an experienced Voids Manager to join the WPS team in Winchester, delivering high-quality, customer-focused, and safety-driven service across a 24/7/365 responsive maintenance contract. You will own day-to-day operations, lead a team of up to 30 operatives, manage scheduling, drive KPIs, and liaise with clients and residents to turn around homes efficiently.

About the Role

As a Voids Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused, and safety-driven service . You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, including delivering a 24/7, 365-day service, ensuring homes are turned around efficiently and to the highest standard.
