Job summary

Mears Group in Evesham is seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day repairs activity across void domestic properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. You will manage operatives, coordinate workloads, carry out quality checks and maintain strong communication with tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as an R&M Supervisor or similar in housing or property maintenance.
• Proven track record of health & safety compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance in void properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across void properties.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
• Coordinate workloads and resources to meet service targets and contractual obligations.
• Lead and mentor operatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain strong communication with residents and stakeholders.
