Job summary

Wates Smartspace in Winchester is seeking a confident Voids Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a 24/7, 365-day service. You will drive performance, manage a team of up to 30 operatives, and ensure high-quality, safe housing turnaround.

About the Role

As a Voids Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused, and safety-driven service. You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, including delivering a 24/7, 365-day service, ensuring homes are turned around efficiently and to the highest standard.
