Wheatley Homes Glasgow is seeking a Neighbourhood Void Operative to perform efficient and safe clearance of void properties and ensure high standards of cleanliness before new customers move in. The role includes clearing gardens and communal spaces to the best possible standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience with house clearances, cleaning, and gardening equipment; driving larger vehicles is desirable.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of house clearances and cleaning.
• Experience of using gardening equipment including powered tools is desired.
• Experience of driving larger vehicles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and safe clearance of void properties, ensuring properties are cleaned to a high standard prior to entry for new customers.
• Gardens and communal spaces associated with void properties are cleared and cleaned to the highest possible standard.
