Job summary

Together Housing in Blackburn is seeking a dedicated Clean & Clear Operative to join our team. You will conduct property clearance, final cleans, and garden work to ensure empty homes are ready for new residents. A full manual UK driving licence and practical cleaning/caretaking experience are essential.

You will work 37 hours per week (7:30am–3:30pm Mon-Thu, 7:30am–3:00pm Fri). The role offers a starting salary of £25,878, with 27 days’ holiday (rising to 32) plus bank holidays and flexible

• Ability to operate cleaning/caretaking equipment and machinery.

As a Clean and Clear Operative, you will be responsible for conducting property clearance, final cleans, and garden work to ensure our empty homes are prepared for new residents. This is an important role that contributes to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of our properties.
