Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Clean and Clearance Operative to join our Empty Homes team in the Gloucester area. This permanent role is 40 hours per week and requires a full UK driving licence with a basic DBS check paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

You will work as part of a trades team, delivering essential clearance, maintenance and damp treatment services in occupied properties, while upholding safety and data recording standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical tasks and follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
• Clearance of properties and gardens.
• Basic ground maintenance.
• Assist other trades team members as required.
• Record data and information accurately while following procedures.
• Lift weights and work at heights per Health & Safety guidelines.

Our Clean and Clearance Operative role will be covering the Gloucester area. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will live in the Gloucester area to be able to reach our jobs in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

Key Essential Requirements Of The Role

• Deliver damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
• Property and garden clearance.
• Basic ground maintenance.
• Assisting other members of the trades team as required.
• Work in a customer-focused environment within agreed performance targets.
• Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks, lift weights and work at heights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
