Job summary

Sanctuary Group is looking for an Estate Technician to join our Voids team in the North East. You will clear and prepare void properties, including gardening tasks, to return them to lettable standard promptly.

The role requires caretaking and cleaning experience, strong customer care, and knowledge of health and safety. A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking and general cleaning.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Full valid UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general cleaning and clearing of communal areas in Voids properties.
• Complete daily work records and maintain stock levels.
• Respond to complaints and service breakdowns to meet customer expectations.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work with customers to resolve issues and improve services.
• Provide accurate updates on progress of allocated work.
