Job summary

The Wheatley Group in Glasgow is seeking a Neighbourhood Operative to deliver high-quality environmental services across our communities. You will maintain communal areas, engage with residents, and help create safe, welcoming neighbourhoods while supporting the team in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven record of landscaping and providing cleaning services.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Able to work in varied shift patterns across Glasgow area.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining communal areas and neighbourhood environments to a high standard

• General cleaning of neighbourhoods
• Assisting with bulk uplifts and ensuring neighbourhoods remain clean and welcoming
