Qualifications

• Some previous retail and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
• An eye for detail, creative flair and an awareness of fashion trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer service.
• Good problem-solving skills with interest in developing commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to enhance product presentation.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful.
• Provide feedback on product lines and suggest alternatives.
• Maintain picture and poster POS according to guidelines.
• Develop relationships with the store management team.
