National Trust Quarry Bank Mill in Wilmslow is seeking a Service Assistant to support our busy visitor operations team on a permanent contract. The role offers 7 hours per week, typically on a Tuesday, with some weekend work and bank holidays on a rota.

You will greet visitors, help orientate them around the Mill and bookshop, assist with shelving and keep the site looking its best, while answering questions and providing excellent service.

• Greeting visitors on arrival and helping orientate them around the Mill and property.
• Restocking shelves in the bookshop.
• Helping visitors with directions and information to enhance their day.
