Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member to support busy visitor operations across Croome and Worcestershire sites. You’ll greet visitors, resolve queries, restock the shop and assist in the café while promoting membership and the Trust’s work.

The role involves travel between sites and annualised hours totaling 800 hours per year. You’ll join a friendly team, reporting to the Welcome Manager, with weekend and Bank Holiday work common.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital, positive support to colleagues across visitor areas
• Greet and help visitors to ensure a smooth experience
• Restock shelves in the shop and clear tables in the café
• Answer questions so visitors can make the most of their visit
• Promote the National Trust and its benefits, encouraging membership sales
• Support the Welcome Team and report to the Welcome Manager
