Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member for Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, and Foremark to support busy visitor operations. You will help meet targets, resolve issues, and deliver great service across locations.

Reporting to the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, you’ll greet visitors, help across sites, and share responsibility for welcoming guests. This full role requires flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a seven-day rota.

Qualifications

• Focused on giving great service to visitors.
• Confident speaking with visitors and solving problems.
• A team player, but also able to work on your own initiative.
• Well-organised, adaptable and flexible to work across different sites.
• Willing to learn new skills and work towards shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help visitors across sites to meet service targets.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful way.
• Assist with car parking, function set ups, and answering questions.
