Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member to support busy visitor operations across Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold and Foremark. You’ll help greet visitors and deliver great service in a flexible role across locations.

Shifts average 600 hours per year, with annualised hours and a seven‑day rota. Salary is £13.25 per hour, fixed term to 31 December 2027, with weekend and bank holiday work expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and solving problems.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and teams.
• Ability to work weekends/bank holidays on a seven‑day rota.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors across Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold and Foremark.
• Support colleagues to meet service targets and resolve issues.
• Assist with car parking, event setups and visitor questions.
